In the case of Windows 8.1
In Windows 8.1, when the state has established a state in which a little release the pen from the screen (hover state), or the pen on the screen, touch operation is disabled.

In the case of Windows 10
In Windows 10, when the state has established to screen the pen in the same way as Windows 8.1, although touch operation is disabled, in pen hover, right becomes invalid and the touch than the pen tip, the left touch enabled.

In the case of left-handed, [Settings] – [device] – Select the “left-handed” in the “Please select the handedness” of the item in the pen].
