Disabling the pinch zoom function of your touch pad

Explanation
"Pinch Zoom" is enabled, In the mouse properties menu.
When this function is enabled, touching two fingers to the touch pad and either spreading them apart or pinching them together can enlarge or shrink the text and icons in certain software.

The pinch zoom function might be engaged when you are typing on the keyboard and you touch the touch pad on accident.  In such cases, see if the issue improves by disabling the pinch zoom function.  Please refer to the following for operational procedures.

  1. Open the control panel.
  2. Select “hardware and sound”.
  3. On the hardware and sound screen, select “mouse”.
  4. On the mouse property screen, select  the “device setting“ tab.
  5. Select the “settings“ button.
  6. On the device settings screen, select “pinch zoom“.
  7. Uncheck the “enable pinch zoom“ option on the pinch zoom screen.
  8. Click “OK“.

All operations are now complete.
