1. Remove all peripherals and additional equipment
Remove all of the peripherals such as your PC card, printer, and other USB devices. Please remove external devices such as hard drives.  If this does not improve the issue, go to the next step.

2. Reset BIOS setting
Reset the setting of the BIOS that manages hardware.  For directions, please check the provided instruction manual or online manual.

If this does not improve the issue, go to the next step.

3. Stop Resident Program
The programs that are running in the background might be the cause of your problems.  Please refer to the Q&A below for directions on how to stop resident program.

4. Install the newest program update
Check to see if there are any new video drivers, graphic drivers, or BIOS updates.  If there are any updates available, install the updates.
